Resolve:

Under Linux, if the NLS_LANG value of the environment variable is NA, it will cause ORA-12705 error. The solution is to modify set NLS_LANG=SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK or comment out the line NLS_LANG first.

Error report:

UnixODBC unixODBC-devel reported a software conflict and could not be installed. Yum-y install unixODBC-2.11.0*.rpm

The other bags are the same.

Error report:

Em 1158 is based on https and cannot be accessed because there is no certificate. You can use http instead.

Resolve:

Emctl stop dbconsole

Emctl unsecure dbconsole

Emctl start dbconsole

The same change from http to https is solved as follows:

Emctl stop dbconsole

Emctl secure dbconsole

Emctl start dbconsole

Resolve:

Sets the default language of the browser. In the language selection, move English / US [en-us] to the first line. Emctl under restart

But then the language becomes English.
