The warning message on the web page: "System Requirement: max file descriptors [65535] likely too low, increase to at least [65536]."

Check the / etc/security/limits.conf on my Linux (CentOS 7. 2). There is already a line of nexus-nofile 65536 in it, but it doesn't work.

The final solution is to comment out the original line nexus-nofile 65536 in / etc/security/limits.conf and add the following two lines:

Nexus soft nofile 65536

Nexus hard nofile 65536

Or set the nofile of any user to 65536:

* soft nofile 65536

* hard nofile 65536

Restart Nexus after saving the changes and there will be no warning above.
