If the internal use of the company is mainly to solve the problem of document sharing and related permission control, so if the two are small and medium-sized enterprises, you can choose Onedrive as the company's shared network disk.

Then let's share with you if you use onedrive as an internal shared Internet disk.

First, we create a normal user in Office365, go to the user's Onedrive center, and create a folder.

Then click share.

After clicking on sharing, there will be a problem of permissions, which can be viewed by anyone who has a link by default, which is obviously unreasonable for company documents, so we need to click here to change permissions.

Only users within the company can edit it, and click apply (check allow editing if everyone is allowed to modify the content)

Then enter the internal member mailbox or group mailbox, which is shared for the whole company, so I fill in an Office365 group that contains the entire company's employees.

Just click send, and all employees within the company will receive a shared email, as follows
