When monitoring postgresql with zabbix, it used to be normal. One day, it suddenly found that no data could be monitored. Restart zabbig_agent and found that an error was reported:

Zabbix_agentd [10555]: cannot create Semaphore: [28] No space left on devicezabbix_agentd [10555]: unable to create mutex for log file

Modify / etc/sysctl.conf

Add the following line:

Kernel.sem = 500 64000 64 256

After the modification, execute sysctl-p / etc/sysctl.conf to make it effective.

This doubles the default semaphore of the system.

The startup was successful, but this did not happen in other machines. Maybe PG is too much of a semaphore.
