Reason: the security policy of the port group in which the virtual machine is located is different from that of the port where the destination is located.

Solution:

Method 1: compare the configuration of the two port groups, change it to the same configuration, and migrate

Method 2: move the virtual machine out of the port group (such as renaming the port group, or the original port group name in the virtual machine editing settings) and migrate
