CTOnews.com November 24 news, Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone and Zebra Zhixing signed a contract, Zebra Zhixing Central China headquarters settled in Optical Valley.

Zebra Zhixing plans to invest 1.72 billion yuan to build Zebra Zhixing Central China Headquarters in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone, and carry out capacity building and business expansion in intelligent automobile operating system research and development, intelligent network automobile talent training, industry sharing foresight research center and other sectors.

CTOnews.com notes that Zebra Zhixing has opened cooperation with more than 30 automobile brands such as SAIC, FAW, Volkswagen, Chang 'an and BMW, with more than 3 million intelligent vehicles landing.

Before this, Zebra Zhixing Southwest Headquarters settled in Chongqing High-tech Zone, Western Science City. Focusing on building an autonomous intelligent automobile operating system, Zebra Zhixing plans to develop and sell a series of new operating system products and services in Chongqing, such as smart cockpit, intelligent driving, cabin driving integration, etc.

Zebra Zhixing was first built by Alibaba and SAIC strategic cooperation, providing intelligent automobile operating system, intelligent automobile solution and digital transportation solution for automobile and transportation industry.

In 2020, Zebra Zhixing will be restructured. On July 14,2021, the signing ceremony for shareholder capital increase will be held in Shanghai. Alibaba Group, SAIC Group, SDIC Investment Promotion and Yunfeng Fund will jointly increase RMB 3 billion yuan.
