According to the contents of the agreement, the two sides will adopt the mode of "co-investment, co-construction, sharing and co-operation" and work together to create two major power exchange standard systems of "private cars" and "operating vehicles". Through concerted efforts, the two sides will accelerate the interconnection and cooperation among vehicles, stations, batteries and operators, expand the scale of the power exchange network, and provide more convenient, secure and perfect services for the majority of users. In addition, the two sides also plan to establish an efficient battery asset management system and jointly develop exchange passenger vehicles adapted to the exchange systems of both parties.
