The B-class car first launched by Ningde Times and partners has completed the Heihe winter test and the Turpan summer test, achieving 75% battery package efficiency, a range of more than 1000 km, a low temperature attenuation of less than 30% at minus 7 degrees Celsius, and a power consumption of 10.5kWh for 100 km. The chassis supports the CNCAP five-star collision requirements, and the collision energy absorption of the lower body is more than 80%.

Wu Kai said that the skateboard chassis integrates high pressure and low pressure, steering and braking systems, and is equipped with a chassis domain controller, which is expected to achieve mass production in the third quarter of next year.

CIIC integrates battery, electric transmission system, suspension, brake and other components on the chassis in advance to form an independent functional area. Through the reserved electrical and body interface, the upper and lower car body can be separated and decoupled, so that the upper car body can be replaced according to the actual needs.

In October last year, Ningde Times signed a memorandum of understanding on global strategic cooperation with Vietnamese electric car manufacturer VinFast, and the two sides will cooperate on projects such as CIIC (Ningde era Integrated Smart chassis) skateboard chassis.

In January this year, time Intelligence, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ningde Times, held a signing ceremony with Naga Automobile in Shanghai. The two sides will cooperate on the CIIC (CATL Integrated Intelligent Chassis) integrated smart chassis project, and the first model with CIIC will be launched by the end of 2024 at the earliest.
