The operation of the center will provide Xining public platform with strong underlying data analysis and processing capabilities, access to water, electricity, gas and other urban infrastructure data, and land in the urban social governance, urban security, livelihood services and other fields based on the application scenarios of the Internet of things, artificial intelligence, and big data technology, to create a new benchmark for the construction of smart cities in the western region.
