Extremely cold supreme Framework cooperative chassis kit on the shelves: reusing notebook modular motherboard for $39

CTOnews.com, December 8 (Xinhua)-- previously at the Taipei computer Show, Ultra Cold showed off a mini chassis kit with notebook modularization solution provider Framework, which can install a motherboard replaced by a Framework notebook, and is now officially available for sale at a price of $39 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 279 yuan).

According to reports, this chassis kit model is "FRAMEWORK MAINBOARD CASE", the size is 297x133x15mm, and supports direct placement into the motherboard of the Framework.

The chassis top cover has a transparent design with a bracket at the back, which can stand on the table and see the internal components through the transparent housing, and the chassis is equipped with a 100x 100mm size VESA mounting hole to install the whole machine on the back of the monitor.

The chassis also comes with the same four expansion card slots as the 13.5in Framework laptop, and users can use the expansion card kit to expand out USB-A, USB-C, Ethernet, HDMI, DisplayPort, and microSD interfaces.
