Ideal car: smart drivers upgrade AD Max 3.0 architecture this month and AD Pro 3.0 in June next year

In the intelligent driving aspect of OTA 5.0, both AD Max and AD Pro platforms have been fully upgraded, and the algorithm model has been reconstructed, from AD 2.0 to AD 3.0. From the previous modular algorithm architecture based on multiple small models and artificial rules to the end-to-end algorithm architecture dominated by large models.

CTOnews.com noted that in terms of perception algorithm, AD Max 3.0 uses the BEV large model and Occupancy, which is more advanced in the visual field, to occupy the network; the planning algorithm is gradually switched to the space-time joint planning algorithm, which can plan the optimal driving trajectory in milliseconds; at the same time, the MPC model predictive control algorithm is updated to achieve low delay and high accuracy steering, acceleration and braking, and the ultimate balance of safety, comfort and traffic efficiency.

AD Max 3.0 will be upgraded in December, and AD Pro 3.0 will be available to users of all Pro and Air models in the first half of next year.

AD Max 3.0supports full scene intelligent driving (NOA), full scene assisted driving (LCC), ideal car promotion "NOA can be opened all over the country, LCC can be opened all over the world, independently identify all kinds of traffic lights"; new and upgraded intelligent parking, not only multi-storey valet parking, but also special parking for narrow parking spaces.

In this OTA 5.0 upgrade, full-scene smart driving will cover all highways, all urban rings and urban roads in 110 cities across the country.
