The samples observed by China Sky Eye exceed other neutral hydrogen survey projects at home and abroad in terms of quantity and data quality, and it is estimated that more than 100,000 neutral hydrogen galaxies will be detected in the next five years.

The team shared to researchers in the field of galactic cosmology the world's largest sample of neutral hydrogen galaxies, neutral hydrogen gas distribution in neighboring galaxies and large-scale structural observations. The survey data are of great significance for studying the neutral hydrogen mass function at the low-mass end of galaxies, limiting the properties of dark matter, discovering unknown dark and weak galaxies, and studying the large-scale structure and evolution of the universe.
