China Telecom's mobile subscribers increased by 590,000 in November, with a cumulative net increase of 16.05 million this year, totaling 407.23 million; the number of 5G package subscribers increased by 3.31 million in November, with a cumulative net increase of 46.67 million this year, totaling 314.63 million.
