Restart the service

Systemctl restart mysqld.service

2) modify the encoding of the data table to utf8bm4

Mysql > ALTER DATABASE voice_reports_test CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_general_ci

Mysql > ALTER TABLE ZSCC_WRK_BSE_CKLCC CONVERT to CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_bin

SHOW VARIABLES WHERE Variable_name LIKE 'character\ _ set\ _%' OR Variable_name LIKE 'collation%'
