Save

/ etc/rc.d/init.d/iptables save

Restart the service

Service iptables restart

Check to see if the port that needs to be opened is valid?

/ etc/init.d/iptables status

Law 2:

Direct Editing / etc/sysconfig/iptables

-An INPUT-p tcp-m tcp-- dport 4000-j ACCEPT

Save and restart:

Service iptables restart

The above 8000GMT 4000 can be replaced with any port number that is not occupied
