First, before a computer or server joins a domain, it must at least be sure that it has access to the domain server. And the domain server has prepared an account for him to log on.

Note: Set the IP of the server first, DNS points to the domain server.

Open Computer Properties and select Change Configuration.

Change the computer name, and in the Belongs to option, select the domain, and enter the domain name.

Enter the account number of the domain you are joining.

This is required for all computers that want to join the domain.
