2. Enter the following command

PpxManifest.xml-DisableDevelopmentMode

3. Enter and execute.

The retrieval method mistakenly deleted by the Win10 App Store is different from the Win8 system. The Powershell command is used to uninstall the App Store, so the same command is also used to restore the App Store.
