Unloading

Because I installed php7.1 from repo in webtatic/x86_64, I have the word php71w and execute the following statement:

Yum remove php71w php71w* mod_php71w

Webtatic feeds are limited to version 7.2 of php. Remove webtatic feeds and use remi feeds

Yum install yum-utilsyum-y install https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpmyum-y install http://rpms.remirepo.net/enterprise/remi-release-7.rpmyum-config-manager-- disable webtatic/x86_64yum-config-manager-- enable remi-php74 installation yum updateyum install php php-cli php-fpm php-mysqlnd php-zip php-devel php-gd php-mcrypt php-mbstring php-curl php-xml php-pear php-bcmath php-json php-opcache

Please check whether the output can see the word php7.4, otherwise you will not switch to the source of remi-php74.

Restore configuration

After the upgrade, yum will back up the original configuration as * .rpmsave. There are mainly two files that can be restored as needed.

/ etc/php.ini.rpmsave/etc/php-fpm.d/www.rpmsave

Note:

The owner of the upgraded / var/lib/php directory will be changed to apache,php-fpm 's session,opcache files in this directory by default. Permission is required. If your php-fpm is not run by apache users, please modify it with chown-R.
