Firmware downloads will continue after the upgrade. If prompted incorrectly, check to see if JTAG Switch accidentally dialed to Ext Debug.

After downloading, you can connect with terminal software. The XDS emulator will have two serial ports. Choose the one in User UART. Unlike other versions, the baud rate needs to be set to 9600.

After entering, you can press Ctrl-D soft reset, or Ctrl-B, to see if the prompt appears. What is better than CC3200 is that MSP432 supports floating-point operations, but does not support large number calculations. You may have noticed that this porting version is relatively old, or 1.8, so many standard libraries have not been ported, such as os, sys, machine, etc., so most of the features cannot be used.
