1. Log in as the ec2-user user and switch to the root user

Sudo su

Passwd root

3. Change the PasswordAuthentication in the sshd_config file to yes, and the default is no, which means you want us to log in with the key pair.

Vi / etc/ssh/sshd_config

4. Change the password for ec2-user users. Why? Because the key pair is invalid.

Passwd ec2-user
