When oracle is installed on this machine, when using sqlplus and plsqldev to connect, the host in tnsname.ora is written as localhost, so there is no problem in connecting oracle at this time, but the ip address (192.168.1.110) is written to the host in tnsname.ora when the external machine is connected to the machine. Error ora-12547 is reported, no monitoring, etc.

To solve the problem, oracle comes with management tools, programs-"oracle-oracle...-" configuration and migration tools-"find the local LISTENER in Net Manager, add a listening service address, and then restart the oracle listening service, and then you can use localhost and ip addresses to access oracle.
