Sources say Krafton's next big FPS game, Project Black Budget, will be released in the second half of next year, similar to escaping from Takov.

CTOnews.com, Nov. 19, PUBG PUBG developer Krafton mentioned at a recent financial meeting that their next big FPS game, Project Black Budget, is expected to be released in the second half of 2024.

There is very little information about the game, with Krafton mentioning that it was produced by the PUBG development team and is an Extraction Shooter type of game. (CTOnews.com Note: this type of game represents "running away from Takov").

Krafton also listed it as a "high-quality game" in its financial report and plans to log on to the console and PC platform.

In recent years, there have been many shooter games like "Escape from Takov" on the market, and developers and publishers seem to think it is the next big hit. However, this type of shooting game is often difficult to meet the expectations of the majority of players.

In fact, even first-person shooter giants such as call of Duty and Battlefield gave up support shortly after trying.

After the success of PUBG, Krafton seems to be experimenting with more types of games, but whether they can successfully enter the market based on withdrawal shooters remains to be seen.
