According to reports, XVM160 vertical milling mining equipment is the first in the world, with a maximum mining depth of 100m and a single mining area of 6m× 2.5 m. It is the mining production equipment with the largest single mining area and the strongest capacity so far.

The vertical milling mining technology fully utilizes the self-weight of mining equipment to realize ore crushing and stable operation. The milling rotor torque is 4×120kN.m and the milling speed is 0- 40rpm, which can effectively reduce energy consumption while improving the stone breaking efficiency.

In addition, the ore is transported continuously by self-sliding, which changes the technological process of horizontal mining overlapping transportation and effectively reduces the mining cost. It is estimated that the mining efficiency of equipment is three times that of traditional mining equipment, and the mining cost can be reduced by about 30%.
