CTOnews.com, December 1 / PRNewswire-Asianet /-- manufacturer and developer KerazyPete recently shared a post on Reddit showing his raspberry pie 1B (version 0002), a raspberry pie that has been running for 10 years and has been running continuously for 6.4 years.

According to KerazyPete, the raspberry pie has actually been running for the past decade, but in some cases it needs to be restarted, the last of which was in 2017. CTOnews.com learned from screenshots shared by KerazyPete that it has been 2331 days, or 6.4 years, since the raspberry pie was last restarted.

Kerazy Pete said the raspberry pie is mainly used to monitor the temperature sensors placed in and around their house. He uses the RFM12B 868MHz transceiver module in conjunction with an open source app called EmonCMS to manage the data and use a visual interface to display the data visually.
