Today, the official announcement of the second version of the public test, the new version added Power Tools control, officials said that the number of CPU cores, TDP power consumption and GPU frequency can be controlled at will.

According to reports, the second edition of the GPD OS system began public testing, adapting to all GPD products based on 6800U, 7640U and 7840U. In addition, the equipment index is still based on the original performance interface of SteamOS, which can be graded and displayed, and the original functions such as frame locking are still valid, but most of the control is transferred to the Power Tools panel. As previously reported by, GPD OS, provided by Furkan kardame, the official ARM developer of Manjaro, is a SteamOS-like Linux system.
