5. These two locations can be placed at will, in navicat "tools"-"options"-"other"-"OCI".

Put the oci.dll in the instantclient-basic-windows.x64-11.2.0.4.0 folder downloaded from 4 in OCI libraty.

Put the sqlplus.exe in the instantclient-sqlplus-windows.x64-11.2.0.4.0 folder downloaded from 4 in SQL*Plus.

After that, you can connect successfully. (normally, if it's not normal, I come across a situation where everything you download (everything about Navicat and Oracle) has to be the same, that is, 64-bit (32-bit). )

Import data pump (.dmp)

1. Create a directory and place the .dmp file in that directory.

If it doesn't work, try this: log in to Oracle from the command window (type sqlplus / as sysdba), and execute the grant sysdba to user name after the connection is successful.
