A few days ago, windows server 2008 R2 was installed on dell R730 server, and the installation process was blue screen.

Query related information, 13G server OS-driver is relatively new, which does not include the system drivers required by windows server 2008R2. Then go to the dell website to download the old version of OS-driver.

Start downgrading OS-driver:

1. Store the downloaded OS-driver in the USB disk

2. Restart F10 to enter Lifecycle Controller

3. The wizard enters the Firmware Update menu

4. Select the file-apply

When the downgrade is complete, the server will restart automatically. Install the windows server 2008 R2 system again, everything is fine, the problem is resolved.
