Open phpstorm and click the window in the bottom left corner of the interface, as shown in the following figure

The hidden window will expand and click on the black Terminal window

Typing php in the Terminal window prompts that 'php' is not an internal or external command, nor is it a runnable program, or a batch file. This is why no environment variables have been added.

To add environment variables, click my computer-> Properties-> Advanced system Settings-> Advanced-> Environment variables-> system variables, and select add.

Find the record with the variable name path, double-click to add an environment variable to the directory where php is installed, and click OK to save

Restart phpstorm, and then run the php-v command in the Terminal window. The following prompt indicates success.
