Recently found that the company computer can not open Outlook, the problem are all XP+Office 2010 computers, and later found that not only all the components in Outlook,Office can not be opened!

The error message is that the program input point GetDataFormatEx cannot be located on the dynamic link library Kernel32.dll.

Reason: Office2010 updated KB4461522 in November with bug, replaced the system's mso.dll file, and called the wrong function to cause.

Solution: uninstall the KB4461522 update.
