IIS features require an exclamation point warning when installing MS Sqlserver 2005 to System Configuration Check.

Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) is not installed or disabled. IIS is required for some SQL Server features. Without IIS, some SQL Server features cannot be installed. To install all SQL Server features, install IIS through Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel or enable IIS services through Control Panel if installed, and then rerun SQL Server Setup. For a list of features that depend on IIS, see "Features Supported by SQL Server Versions" in Books Online.

This is WIN7 X64-bit system, IIS7.5 has long been installed and has been in use, there is no such thing as disabled.

According to Microsoft's official help and support, IIS is installed, but SQL Server depends on the specified components of IIS to be considered fully installed.
