The prequel film "Wonka" of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" released an exclusive poster in China, with a new trailer made public.
CTOnews.com, November 27 (Xinhua)-- Wonka, a prequel to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, will be released in the mainland on December 8, a week ahead of schedule in North America. Wonka today released China's exclusive poster and a preview of the "Dream starting Point" edition.
CTOnews.com noted that the film was directed by Paul King, director of the Paddington Bear series, and produced by Harry Potter producer David Hyman, starring Timothy Charame.
Adapted from the most wonderful core character in Roald Dahl's classic fairy tale Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Wonka tells an incredible story of how the world's greatest inventor, magician and chocolate maker became the well-known and beloved Willie Wonka.
