Not long ago, MEGAsizeGPU said that the RTX 4090 D would adopt the AD102-250GPU. The original RTX 4090 uses AD102-300/301GPU.

RTX 4090 D is expected to use 24GB GDDR6X video memory, and the number of CUDA cores is expected to be slightly less than that of the original 16384, with a computing power of no more than 4800 TOPS. In terms of price, it is reported that the RTX 4090 D is the same as the original RTX 4090, which is 12999 yuan.
