Microsoft updates web versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint to enhance Catch Up functionality

CTOnews.com December 16 news, Microsoft today issued a press release for Microsoft 365 registered users, updated web versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and added Catch Up features.

CTOnews.com Note: the Catch Up feature makes it easy for users to quickly view the latest comments, comments and changes in shared or collaborative files.

This update mainly introduces the functions of Activities For You and editing and modifying summary.

Activities For You: after the user opens the collaboration file, the Catch Up function can remind the user of the comment activity. Clicking on any item in the list will take you directly to the comment so that users can quickly follow up on your collaborators.

Edit the summary of changes users can learn from the last browse, in the document, workbook, and presentation, a brief summary of who viewed and modified the document, and what changes have been made.

After the user clicks, jump to the file and view the editing information at the top.
