According to reports, Mercedes-Benz will release the latest generation of MBUX human-computer interaction system during CES 2024, which uses the Unity high-resolution game engine and claims to bring the "Hey Mercedes" voice assistant into a "brand-new" visual dimension. The system runs on Mercedes-Benz's self-developed MB.OS vehicle operating system. At the same time, Mercedes-Benz will showcase a number of digital innovations, including the provision of functions similar to human-computer interaction.

Ola K ä llenius, the company's CEO, said Mercedes-Benz is using AI to provide "human-like" interaction through MBUX virtual assistants to reshape the digital experience of passengers, which will "empathize" with users' driving style and mood and will define what "digital luxury" will look like in the future.

At the same time, Mercedes-Benz will show its first CLA-class concept car and an electric G-class SUV (formerly known as EQG) in North America during the CES 2024. In addition, Mercedes-Benz's lineup includes "exciting" developments in the automotive field, as well as pioneering partnerships. Mercedes-Benz said its booth at CES 2024 is located at 4941 West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The company said that ChatGPT is compatible with about 900000 cars equipped with MBUX intelligent human-computer interaction system, and car owners can choose to join the test program through Mercedes apps or voice commands, and download the ChatGPT function wirelessly.
