Sources say Meta CEO Zuckerberg is building a "doomsday bunker" in Hawaii: a total price of $270 million
CTOnews.com, December 17-Wired magazine, Business Insider and other foreign media reported that Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, is building a huge building on the Hawaiian island of Kauai, including an underground bunker with a total area of 5000 square feet and is self-sufficient: with independent energy, food and water supply systems.

Wired magazine quoted sources as saying it would be one of the most expensive properties in the world.
The complex consists of at least 30 bedrooms and 30 bathrooms, as well as a network of 11 disc-shaped "treehouses". These "tree houses" are connected by a rope bridge, and guests can shuttle between the tree houses and stay in the "treetops".
The above-ground part of the building consists of two luxury houses, which will be connected to the underground bunker through a tunnel, with an escape hatch guarded by a heavy explosion-proof door made of metal and concrete.
The workers building the project are also subject to strict confidentiality agreements, and they are prohibited from discussing what is currently under construction.
Reid Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn, once told the New Yorker that it was estimated that more than half of Silicon Valley's billionaires invested in some kind of "doomsday insurance", such as underground bunkers.
