CTOnews.com December 20 news, Sony PlayStation studio Insomniac Games recently suffered a blackmail network attack, game development plans, internal documents and other information out.

According to a newly disclosed document, Marvel, PlayStation and Insomniac Games signed an agreement that Marvel cannot release any X-Men-themed games (non-Insomniac developers) until December 31, 2035.

This means that players will not see X-Men themed games on the Xbox platform until 2036.

IT quoted media reports as saying that under the disclosed exclusive agreement, Insomniac had full control over the license to develop the X-Men theme until December 31, 2035. Until that date, Marvel may not announce any new X-Men games for console, Windows PC or cloud gaming services.
