I. installation of plug-ins

# useradd nagios-s / sbin/nologin

# tar zxvf nagios-plugins-1.4.15.tar.gz

# cd nagios-plugins-1.4.15

# make

# make install

# tar zxvf nrpe-2.13.tar.gz

# cd nrpe-2.13

#. / configure-enable-ssl-enable-command-args

# make all

# make install-daemon

2. Modify the configuration file nrpe.cfg

1. After installation, a nrpe.cfg file will be generated under / usr/local/nagios/etc/. Edit the last part of the file, which is modified in the following command

# vi / usr/local/nagios/etc/nrpe.cfg

Commanded [check _ users] = / usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_users-w 5-c 10

Commanded [check _ load] = / usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_load-w 15leg10 penny 5-c 30pyrmr25 penny 20

Commanded [check _ disk] = / usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_disk-w 20%-c 10%-p / dev/hda1

Commanded [check _ zombie_procs] = / usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_procs-w 5-c 10-s Z

Commanded [check _ procs] = / usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_procs-w 150-c 200

Commanded [check _ swap] = / usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_swap-w 20%-c 10%

2. Modify the following information in / usr/local/nagios/etc/nrpe.cfg, about 81 lines

Allowed_hosts=10.96.100.152-enter the nagios server here

# / usr/local/nagios/bin/nrpe-c / usr/local/nagios/etc/nrpe.cfg-d

Test connectivity to the nagios server

# / usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_nrpe-H 10.96.100.152
