It has been verified that the mall parking lot does not provide a "pure version" parking code and other convenient payment methods, and there are some problems, such as concealing the payment entrance, inducing users to pay attention to the mall official account, and privacy policy requires consumers to provide "ID card number" and other personal information authorization (but technical testing is not actually collected) and other problems.

On the afternoon of December 18, Shanghai Internet Information Office and Jing'an District Internet Information Office interviewed Guanfeng (Shanghai) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., an operator of "Xingye Taiguhui" in accordance with the law, requiring enterprises to immediately rectify and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. During the interview, the enterprise participants were not fully authorized and the rectification attitude was not positive. The interview clearly pointed out that if the enterprise refuses to correct, the Internet letter department will seriously investigate and deal with it in accordance with the "personal Information Protection Law."

Tuyuan website Shanghai official account CTOnews.com noted that the Shanghai Consumer Protection Commission had previously issued the "Compliance guidelines for Code scanning payment Service in Shanghai Shopping Mall parking lots". Operators of more than 1700 shopping malls, hotels, hospitals and other parking spaces in the city had successively completed self-inspection and rectification, and launched a "pure version" parking payment code logo, but some shopping malls still turned a deaf ear to it and took a chance, refusing to fulfill their personal information protection obligations.
